Whitestone works with owners of small and midsize businesses. We learn how your company runs, show you what we see, and hand you a plan you can act on.
The largest consulting firms serve the largest companies. Everyone else is left to figure it out alone. These are the businesses that employ our neighbors and hold our towns together, and their owners carry every problem personally. Whitestone exists to close that gap.
The common thread is not the industry. It is the owner. Most spend their days working in the business, with little time left to work on it. We help you do both.
Every business is different, so the work starts by understanding yours. Four steps take you from a first conversation to a plan you can run with.
It starts with your story: what a good week looks like, where you want the business to go, and what stands in the way.
A full day inside your business. We observe, we listen, and we experience what your customers and your team experience.
You get a clear written picture: what is working, what is holding the business back, and what it is costing you.
A clear, sequenced plan you can act on, with us or on your own.
Every Whitestone client gets a weekly scoreboard: the five numbers that tell you how the business is doing, in five minutes a week.
A sample scoreboard. Each client's five numbers are chosen with the owner in the first week.
Start as small as you like. Every path begins with a conversation, and you choose how far to take it.
We do not bill by the hour. Each project is priced by the clarity of the task, the complexity of the work, and the value of the outcome.
Founding-client rates are available for a limited number of early practices.
For the job you can name. One clearly defined task, handled start to finish, delivered in the tools you already use.
For the problem that keeps coming back. One recurring workflow, diagnosed, rebuilt, and handed off in two weeks.
For the owner who wants the business to run differently.
Every path ends the same way: something that works, built in the tools you already use, and yours to keep. No software to buy. No subscriptions.
In ancient Rome’s courtrooms, a white stone once symbolized freedom. At Greece’s Olympic Games, it was a reward for victory. And one smooth stone was enough for David to face Goliath, the giant no one else could fight. We give small businesses their white stone.
Founder and President
David Mohamed founded Whitestone after a career spent keeping high stakes operations running smoothly for clients who expected perfection. Whitestone brings that same standard to the owners who carry the whole business themselves.
